PUSH-UPS ON THE BOSU BALL

This is an exercise that will help you tone your core, chest, arms and lower body.

HOW TO DO IT:

  • Flip the ball over onto its dome
  • Grip the sides of the platform or place your hands on top of it and perform a push-up, holding your body in a straight line

AND REPEAT!!!! (3 SETS OF 15 REPETITIONS)
